How to actually pronounce GIF
they were wrong - they didnt know any better. The only way that word sounds right is with a hard G - like goat and gate - like Gif!
I’m old enough to say this: I’ve pronounced GIF correctly since the very day the format was invented.
You kids and your hard G’s, I tell ya! Get off my lawn!
